Read before chatting — violations may result in a ban. Let's keep HupiLiveX entertaining, fair, and safe together.

Respect everyone
Treat all viewers, mods, and streamers with respect. No harassment, bullying, threats, doxxing, or targeted hate toward any individual.

No hate speech or discrimination
Racist, sexist, homophobic, transphobic, ableist, or otherwise discriminatory language is strictly forbidden. This includes "jokes" and slurs of any kind.

Keep chat in English
Please write in English so mods can understand and everyone can follow along. Short phrases in other languages are fine.

No spamming or excessive caps
Avoid flooding the chat with repeated messages, emoji walls, or ALL CAPS. Keep it readable for everyone.

No self-promotion or advertising
Don't post links to your channel, social media, Discord, or any external sites without permission from the streamer or mods.

No spoilers
If the streamer is playing or watching something new, keep spoilers out of chat unless they specifically say it's okay.

Follow moderator instructions
Mods are here to keep the stream enjoyable for everyone. Their decisions are final. Don't argue in chat — use a DM if you have concerns.

No illegal content
Do not stream, link, or share content that violates the law — including pirated material, copyrighted works without rights, leaked personal data, or content involving minors.

No scams, phishing, or impersonation
Giveaway scams, phishing links, malware, fake support accounts, and impersonating streamers, mods, or staff will result in an immediate ban.

Responsible gaming
Casino and gambling content must follow age restrictions (18+) and promote responsible gaming. Do not advertise unlicensed operators or push referral codes on minors.

Appropriate content
Content intended for mature audiences must be labeled appropriately. Nudity, sexual content, graphic violence, and shock content are not allowed.

Protect privacy
Do not share personal information about yourself or others — addresses, phone numbers, emails, or anything that could identify someone without their consent.

No backseating unless invited
Don't give unsolicited gameplay advice, hints, or instructions. If the streamer wants tips, they'll ask.

One account per person
Ban evasion with alt accounts is not allowed. If you've been banned, appeal — don't sneak back in.

Moderator & platform authority
Channel moderators and the HupiLiveX team have the right to remove messages, issue timeouts, ban users, and close accounts for rule violations — with or without warning.
